Rules Of Using W-H Family Words in Interrogative Sentences

Wh-family words are very simple to use in interrogative sentences. They are simply added before the simple interrogative sentence. See some Examples

کسی بھی قسم کا سوال پو چھنے کے لیے ہم لفظ”What”کا استعما ل کرتے ہیں۔

Examples:

What is he to you?	وہ آپ کا کیا لگتا ہے؟
What do you eat?	تم کیا کھا تے ہو؟
What should I do?	مجھے کیا کرنا چا ہیئے؟

Use of When

جب کوئی ایک کا م ختم ہو نے کے بعد دو سرا کا م شروع ہو تب ہم لفظ “When” استعمال کرتے ہیں۔

Examples:

When do you wake up?	آپ کب ُاٹھتے ہیں؟
When do you play?	تم کب کھیلتے ہو؟
When do you eat food?	تم کھا نا کب کھا تے ہو؟

جب ہم کسی فقرے میں کسی شخص کو کہتے ہیں آپ کو یہ کا کا م کرنا آتا ہے یا نہیں آتا تو ُاس وقت ہم لفظ “How To”کا استعما ل کرتے ہیں

I know how to make tea?	مجھے چا ئے بنا نی آتی ہے؟

جب کسی فقرے میں لفظ” کو ن “ آئے تب ہم لفظ “Who” کا استعمال کرتے ہیں لفظ “Who”کو ہم صر ف انسانو ں کے لیے استعما ل کرتے ہیں ۔

Who is playing?	کو ن کھیل رہا ہے؟
Who want to eat food?	کو ن کھا نا کھا نا چا ہتا ہے؟
